In 1984 this institution was brought under the control of Army Headquarters and special committee was formed to take care of it. A special committee known as the governing Body supervise and guide the activities and functions of the institution. The governing Body comprised of the following:

(2) GSO-1, Edn Dte, AHQ, Dhaka cantt
(3) CMES, Dhaka cantt.
(4) Representative of DG Secondary and Higher Secondary Education
(5) Representative of Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education
(6) Guardians’ representative-1
(7) Guardians’ representative-2
(8) Teachers’ representative (college)
(9) Teachers representative (School)
c) Principal- Member secretary.

Administration of this college is similar to other private institutions. But it has a special governing body, Chairman of the GB is nominated by Army Headquarters. The day to day administrative and academic activities of this college run smoothly under the proper direction of the principal, Vice principal, Vice principal(school) and Co-ordinator. Teachers are committed to make every endeavour to improve the quality of education under the proper guidance of the administration.
